We have turn ourselves around but not all of us have survived the journey. We are difference, but I believe the one of the greatest threats to a successful turnaround is keeping the people who do not deliver anything except excuses.
We were in a turnaround. We "survived" and prospered. Someone moved out of our way. We will be in a turnaround again. Sooner, I suspect, than you think. Let's remember what we learned.
